To ensure prompt and safe delivery of your packages we recommend one of the courier providers; namely DHL.
You may alternatively choose to use the normal method of post. Please note, however, that some customers have experienced undue delay amounting in some cases as much as three (3) to six (6) months (depending on global location ) via this method.
We commit to the best customer service, in both scenarios, and will immediately provide tracking numbers in both cases to enable you to track your package.
Additional information:
1. Final shipping charges, including handling fee, will be calculated at the end of auction.
2. Please note that there is an additional charge of $15.00 that DHL applies for each package.
3. Telephone numbers and or e-mail address are required for DHL package/s.
4. Please advise us immediately should there be a change of address.
As soon as packages are mailed (via DHL/Normal Post) you will be immediately advised of tracking number. This information will also be posted on PAYPAL. This is done to ensure your personal tracking of shipped items.
